Marketing Opportunities for Schools

For schools in the UK and elsewhere Chinese for Fun offers an excellent marketing opportunity - a rare chance to combine marketing with a truly worthwhile educational outcome.

We are able to help schools promote the Chinese for Fun programme within school, to parents and, through local and national media, the wider community.

1. Communicating with Parents and Pupils

We are able to provide marketing materials to introduce and promote the package to students and parents. We can provide eye-catching and informative materials to include in a mailing home to parents, for the school newsletter / magazine or for use on the school website.

2. Multimedia Outcomes - Raising Awareness In-School

Each of the "Exploring Chinese Culture" units results in the production of a media artefact for presentation in school and beyond, designed to showcase student achievement and raise the profile of Chinese language and culture in school.

Directed outcomes include : MP4 video clips, colourful wall displays, magazine articles, a student-managed Chinese webpage for the school website, a Mandarin-langauge sketch for performance at assembly and a student-produced phrasebook to be used on a school trip.

3. Marketing Opportunities in the Wider Community

We are excited to be at the cutting edge of Mandarin learning provision in the UK and, with China continuing to loom large on the news agenda, we anticipate considerable political interest and media coverage on a national level.

There are excellent opportunities for interested partner schools to share in this exposure. Talk to us if you are interested.
