HOW DO I ORDER A RESOURCE PACK / COURSE?

Order forms can be downloaded from the menu bar.
We accept payment by cheque, BACS transfer or by credit card using our secure online shopping facility.


WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE RESOURCE PACK / COURSE?

Resource packs will be dispatched within 3 working days of our receiving an order form.
Express delivery is available on request.


IN WHAT FORMATS ARE YOUR MATERIALS AVAILABLE?

Materials are available in CD ROM versions or in Presentation-Standard Hard Copy (if you purchase this option you also receive the CD ROM).

As of August 2007 we no longer offer electronic delivery as a standard option. If you would prefer electronic delivery please contact us.


CAN SEVERAL TEACHERS USE A SINGLE RESOURCE PACK / COURSE?

Yes, but only within the school to whom the materials are licensed. You will receive a whole school licence - anyone in your school can use it, although it should only be used in your school.
